Microsoft attachement problem?

Hi,
I have instalated ROUNDCUBE Webmail. It works very fine except Microsoft attachemet.
When I download attachement (MS WORD, MS EXCEL) by ROUNDCUBE and open it, Excel or Word show me bad characters.

Mail has right all characters. What can I do for solving of this problem.
