Email Address is not showing; when reply to the email.

Hi

When trying to reply/forward, I am unable to see the email address in the body of the message. Please notify us if any settings need to be made at the RC level.

Example:

when we reply to a mail, the reply starts as follows:

On 2022-07-14 12:48, Jhon wrote:

A customer is saying this is a security risk, since spoofed mails come with the same name but from different email id.

So they say it should look like:
