How to change profile picture on webmail account

Roundcube or any other platform that gives you domain mail

that small circle profile picture that appears on your emails circle not any image sources etc.

if anyone has any idea short or long description or a youtube video would be nice and grateful not just for me but for anyone

ps: We know that me need to buy a webmail service that costs tons of money please need some serious answers.
