accentuation in e-mails html

I have one problem. If I send a message in html and read the same message with the roundcube, the accentuation not displayed.
For example. The word 'acentuação' will be display on roundcube 'acentuação (acentua & ccedil; & atilde ;o)'
But, if I read the message in outlook, will be display correctly "acentuação".

With messages in text, it's ok
