weird quota issue

i am using RC on a plesk CentOS5 box. RC does not seem to accurately limit the directory. If I have 50Mb in a directory and set the limit for 75Mb, RC says the directory is over limit. If i then set the limit to 100Mb, RC says the directory has 50%. Any ideas?

OK so I was playing around with different quota settings and found something really odd. When I set the quota to 60Mb, my 50Mb account was accurately reported as 80% full. Setting the quota to 70Mb likewise increased the disk usage bar. Setting the quota to 75Mb resulted in the Over Limit warning. Setting the quota to 74Mb or 76Mb does not give over quota warning but reports the disk usage % and shows the level bar.
Go figure.
