Does not convert text to HTML

Hello,

I'm using roundcube 1.6.5, I'm facing a problem where when using HTML to send email it can't convert special characters to text again.

Example if I select HTML and try to write FORÇA at the end of the submission it displays FORA not recognizing the Ç.

Even the recipient receives FORA instead of FORÇA.

But if I write in HTML format it is functional.

The same issue is happening here!

The strange thing is that in the email subject, the characters are displayed correctly, but the body of the message has the same problem reported in this thread.
