Parse Email Addresses From Emails and Save as Contacts

Is there a plugin or custom solution available to efficiently add email addresses to contacts from incoming and outgoing messages?

The desired functionality involves:

Extracting email addresses from message headers and, optionally, the body of received messages.

Automatically saving those addresses as new contacts without requiring any user interaction.

Essentially, it would be an automated email parsing feature similar to what's described for RoundCube.
