The total number of addresses for sending email copies has been exceeded

Hi, i have 2 problem. Please help me for fix this/

1) When i create new mailbox and try to add forward address, there is shown these message 'The total number of addresses for sending email copies has been exceeded. Please contact your administrator. The maximum number of addresses: 10'

2) on new mail page, address not autocomplete from old users mail.

1. That screen isn't a part of Roundcube I suggest contacting your email system administrator.
2. I don't know what you mean, make sure the contact is in the address book.

i mean  when i want  for example  sa..  there is not autocomplete emaill address in section 'to'
