Old Email Recovery

Hello - Some years ago I had old Emails recovered by the support team which were indeed fully deleted in all folders. They directed me to the online version to achieve the recovery and it worked well. I am again in need, and cannot locate those instructions. To be clear, the procedure was from the support team guiding the way. Anyone have possession of these instructions or algorithm, or a better method that still works? Many thanks

What your referring to isn't part of Roundcube so would be something that is specific to your email provider. I would suggest reaching out to your email provider support and asking them for direction on how to access the backup achieve.
