problem with attachements

problem with attachements:

I have problems with attachements

1. if I upload an attachement in the attachements it always tells me, that a file called rcmfile0 has be uploaded.
2. After that I click on send email, and I get an emty page ...mail/?_task=mail&_action=compose
3. unfortunately the email is not sent

what is going wrong?
