Roundcube not in English!

I just did a plain-vanilla install of roundcube, from the debian testing installation (version 0.1.1). After troubleshooting a few problems (basically, I upgraded my system to use php5 instead of a 4/5 mix), I got it working...and it is up here:

...you may notice, however, that it is using a non-English character set. I have no idea why! Any suggestions as to what might be wrong?

Other websites on this server, including other php scripts on the same server, continue to work just fine (in English). Server is apache 2.2.9, php is version 5.2.5.
