cpy1 BAD Error in IMAP command COPY: Invalid messageset - What is this?

Hi guys whenever I try to delete some messages I get the could not mnove messages error. I can however delete them should I shift delete. However I did some checking and found that moving certain messages would give the following IMAP reply upon failure which woudl result in roundcubemail giving the error in moving alert:

cpy1 BAD Error in IMAP command COPY: Invalid messageset

What is this error by the way and it affects some messages but not others - is this just a roundcube thing - because I cant move certain messages as they result in the same error. I need to get this fixed somehow guys what should I tweak here?
