Remember identity for session

Hi,

it would be nice if the chosen identity could remain set for a whole session. We have several people working on the same Inbox with different signatures (and the same FROM-line, by the way).

Right now, I can set one identity as standard, and this is used for every new e-mail that is started. The desired behaviour would be to start with the standard identity after login, but remember for all subsequent mails when another identity is selected.

If it can already be done, I would be grateful for a hint.
