php_flag, php_value not allowd here

Hello,

  I have try roundcube. Great webmail client. But when I try to start it I have folowing error in my /lgs/error.log file:

  /var/www/web4/web/mail/.htaccess: php_flag not allowed here
 
  I now that I have to do something with apache httpd.conf file but I donot know what.
  I use ISP config on my hosting server.

 Please help me what to add in httpd.conf file.
