Can't send Attachments

Hi folks,

I updated to the latest stable build.

If I send a file close to the 2MB mark (around 1.3MB), it just gets stuck on "Sending message".
In the error logs I see:
[14-Apr-2009 01:43:12] PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2383328 bytes) in /var/www/program/lib/Mail/mimePart.php on line 260

How do I fix this?

Increase memory_limit in php.ini and restart apache.
