HELP please .. can not receive mail

Hello,
I found you guy's via a web search, and feel lucky at that.

My mail is registered via BlueVoda ( if that's what you call it)
I have been trying for 3 days to config my mail..

I can send mail but   can NOT get the incomming mail.
I am at a TOTAL LOSS!!

Can someone please help me.

Hi,

I think we need a bit more info before we can help... have checked your mail server logs to see if there are any errors there? Are you able to read incoming mail with other clients?

It's WORKING !
 
I went into default settings under Contact Information & Preferences
My address email address was in Capital Letters; I'm thinking it was case sensitive.
So I changed it and it works.  I tested it back and forth at least 5 times.
Who would have thought !!
