New message vs. Adress book

at first i'm sorry for my english

We have set roundcube on huge server we migrate from "open webmail" to roundcube and i have question.

when i'm in the adress book i use Ctrl to write email to many people, but people in company are not so smart and don't now how to do this they click "new message" and they whan to have the checkboxs to mark people they want to write email. now they need to remember part of the email and the rouncube will show the poslibilities of the emails from the adress book.

my question is:

how to do change or add posibilities to have a adres book in "new message" and easy select persons from adress book?
