Just installed, don't get it!

Need help! I have installed Roundcube to 2 client domains (folders) on Hostmonster's server, but am having a heckava time with it!

Go to: RoundCube Webmail :: Welcome to RoundCube Webmail
why is there a "server" field in the login area? I want my client to go to:
RICK ESTRIN & THE NIGHTCATS  to access their mail....but this page looks very different than the URL "... webmail/index.php" ?

Also, on another client site: RoundCube Webmail :: Welcome to RoundCube Webmail
(which was installed about the same time) there is no "server" field in the login area.

Anyone...?

Check ./config/main.inc.php ::: $rcmail_conifg['default_host'].

If it is empty the server field is shown otherwise it is hidden.

That did the trick!

And my other concern: why are the pages and even the program different looking?
fringe21.com/webmail/index.php  versus fringe21.com/webmail  ?
