No folders except inbox... Can`t read mail :-(

Trying to read my mail I see only INBOX folder, and cant open massages.

Where are the other folders? What have I do to find (open) others? How to read my mail?

Sorry! but I`m just a user, who wanna have remote access to  my mail  on  dept`s server. I don`t know if it`s "really a MyRoundCube issue or it is a general issue", and what I should patch?

I  print //www.mydeptadress\webmail and all!

Bytheway  - I found artificial way to new mail: after opening and closing of any letter from  "inbox" folder all new letters start to download from server.
