Unable to save remote imap account

I have registered this two plugins - settings and accounts.
I want to save remote IMAP account.
I have created accounts table in database already.

When I click to add new account and complete all fields and click to submit, the account does not save and browser shows that this page does not exist.

Where is the problem?

Did you register "savepasswords" plugin? ... database adjustmensts required as adviced in plugin SQL folder!

I registered plugin savepasswords and change MySQL database as needed. But is still does not work.

PM'me data for ftp access (full permissions) to your roundcube installation and give me a test account.

As I can't reproduce the issue there is no chance for me to debug without remote access. Sorry!

Did you do the required database adjustments? See SQL folder? I got details for the test account but it is useless without ftp access.

Your host does not allow outgoing connections through port 143/993. You can't use the plugin.
