First step of install is load to the middle (html)

Hi, I just want to install roundCube webmail, but when I download roundcubemail-0.3-stable.tar.gz, dekompress it and vizit /roundcubemail-0.3-stable/installer I just can see only half of the page - viz.
RoundCube Webmail Installer) in the source there is no and also (I mean , atc.) and there is no button "Next step" Any one can help me please?

OK, I just repear that. I had to comment line 103 in file chech.php (//$msg = @dl($_ext) ? 'Could be loaded. Please add in php.ini' : 'Not installed'; ) hope someone will help.
