folders have disappeared...

all of a sudden all my folders, except INBOX, have disappeared.. I created "TRASH" folder, but still, when attempting to remove emails it says "email could not be moved", like it doesn't recognize newly created "TRASH" folder..

don't know if this is a Roundcube problem or a problem with my provider.. how do I find out??
