Address Book contacts disappeared

Hello all, Not sure if you have just had this problem with RoundClub webmail but all the address book contacts are all gone for some reason. I am a Web Host Manager managing a number of domains and someone has mentioned on a couple of domain accounts that their address contacts have just disappeared. Not sure where you can locate the address book contacts. Unfortunately they have not backed up the addresses.

how do you mean gone? have they been deleted from the database or are they just not showing up in the address book when the user logs in?
