Locate Version?

This seems to crazy that I am asking on the help forums but I can't locate the version # of my installed RC application. I checked the RC directory and checked the following files:

- CHANGELOG
- INSTALL
- LICENSE

Nothing shows me the version I am running. Can someone please help me.

Go into the index.php, the version should be on the 4 line.
