How to disable "server" text field in login screen ??

Hello,
I have a problem with my roundcube login screen.
In previous version, on login screen was text field only username and password
In current versin, on login screen have three text field username, password and server.

How I set variable to default value e.g. localhost or some IP adress ?? and Disable text field on login screen ?? :confused:
