Save credentials / stay logged in

Hi there!

My first post here, so I hope I'm not asking anything stupid .

I'd like to request a feature: at login, I would like my users to be able to have a box they can tick to save their credentials, or an option to stay logged in even after having closed their browser screens. Is this possible?
