slight install issue

the installer is telling me:

"Please manually execute the SQL statements from /var/www/XXX/SQL/mysqli.update.sql on your database.
See comments in the file and execute queries that are superscribed with the currently installed version number."

i ran the updates after the "Updates from version 0.3.1" comment.

But it is still giving me the message.  How do i tell what is causing it?

I'm having the same issue with mysql.  I even cleared my database and ran the mysql.initial.sql file and STILL am being told my DB schema differs.

Any ideas?
