500 Internal Server Error

I get a "500 Internal Server Error" when I load the folder where roundcube is. I've just installed it and I'm unable to do anything! Can anyone help me please??

You need to supply lots more information! Which web server are you using, to start with?

Does PHP usually work on this server?

Are the files readable by the web server?

What do the web server's logs say, if you can see them?
