losing address book

In Roundcube, a few of my email users have lost their contact list in their address book.  Do you know of away i can get these addresses back? Why are they loosing their contact lists?

It sounds like the user_id have changed, did you do a upgrade? Are the contacts still in the database?

Ok, I will check this out, but i do not recall upgrading.  Can you tell me in the scripting, where to make the changes?  Also, when scripting is done, will it bring back the address book?  Thank you for your help..

Are the contacts still in the database? If there are you can change the user_id to reconnect then to a user.
