Subdomain added to return email

ISSUE: When clicking the reply button, the sender address domain contains either the subdomain or mail in the domain name

(EX: [email protected] when it should be [email protected]).

I have modified the main.inc.php several times with no luck and I dont want to make my users modify there identity just to fix this.

Can anyone help out with this?
