bug in forum software?

Lately ive had this happen a few times. I post a reply using the quick post option, and when I submit it throws me into the full reply instead of posting it, saying the post failed. Then I submit the fully reply, and it turns out ive actually done 2 posts..

Its working alright for me, but I have noticed a lot of double posting lately. The forum should be upgraded soon so hopefully it will be fixed then.
