Exporting Conactst to Thunderbird?

When I try and export my RC contact list, it does so on Vcard format (*.vcf) and I am attempting to import them into Mozilla Thunderbird which only appears to accept the following:

- LDIF
- tab
- csv
- txt

Is there a way I can make this work and import my contacts from RC into Mozilla Thunderbird?
