Inbox not displaying after sending a new mail

I have an intermittent problem that I am seeing on a pretty regular basis. It happens in my account which has a small amount of emails and a user account which has a large amount of emails ~1000 in the inbox. I am using Roundcube webmail with hMailserver on a Windows 2003 server. The data is stored in MySQL.

The problem is that when I compose and send a message and the web page refreshes to the inbox no messages are displayed. If you click on the inbox folder they then show up. This doesn't happen all of the time but I would say maybe 25-30% of the time. It also happens in other scenarios but this is the most common.

Any ideas? TIA

I have exactly the same trouble with same config.

Can't find any explanation with debug mode on client/server
