Attachment preview not working

when i receive an email with an attachment when i click on it, it opens the preview window but there is no attachment preview...whats weird is it shows an image of the attachment url.  Also inline images wont display and its checked in preferences.

This is what it shows in preview...its not a url its actually an image of a url.

It seems to be the RCguard plugin...when i disable it...the attachments show fine...whats the deal with that?

Fixed it...I downloaded the file directly from the forum thread and replaced files from repository...i think the repository files are a littel older than the thread files...Here is a link to were i got the files that worked for me incase anyone has the same problem... I just replaced all the PHP files... i think the problem was n recaptchalib.php but i'm not sure.  I left conf and mysql alone but replaced everything else and it worked.
