v0.5rc - bug in folder management

Roundcube version: 0.5rc

Go to Settings --> Tab Folders --> Click on random folder. Folder management gives "500 internal server error" if you click on a random map. See attached file.
RC log says: PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function get_capability() on a non-object in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\mail\program\steps\settings\edit_folder.inc on line 43

I'm using hMailserver as mailserver and this mailserver does not support message threading as far as I know. For now I can solve it by editing file program\steps\settings\edit_folder.inc and put // in front of line 42, 43 and 44. It looks like RC doesn't detect very well if the IMAP mailserver doesn't support threading.
