QuickRules - rule wizard extension for SieveRules

QuickRules is an extension for the SieveRules plugin which allows a user to quickly create a filter based on the currently selected message in the message list. The sender, recipient, subject, current folder and any flags are all extracted from the message and then used to prefill the new filter form in SieveRules.

The recipient field is only filled in if the recipient of the message is different from the user's default identity. The `move to folder` option is only filled in if the message is currently in a folder other than the Inbox.

The generated form will always contain more information that you actually need – it will always have the sender and the subject for example. This means the user still has to do a little bit of work to tailor the filter to exactly the criteria they want but it is easier to delete prefilled values than type them in from scratch.
