Migrating address book from Squirrelmail to Roundcube

I am switching from Squirrelmail to Roundcube and need some detailed instructions please on how to transfer my address book from Squirrel mail to Roundcube. I have never installed a plugin so would appreciate some help on that please. Thanks in advance.
