switching between I.D.

When I log into my account, I cannot switch between my I.D.'s to send out e-mail.  What am I doing wrong.  Help!!

I too triggered the same problem,when I logged-in into my account,I am not able to switch between my I.D.'s to send email...I am totally confused can any one please help me out to get out of this dilemma...!!!!
