No name when saving an attachment

When I receive an attachement such as "ResumÃÃ,©.doc", when I click it to save it on my computer, in the "Save" prompt it says "=.doc" instead of suggesting to save with the same original name of the file.

I noticed this happens only when there are latin characters such as ÃÃ,² ÃÃ,± ÃÃ,º, etc...
