How to open/save an attachment?

Hey folks,

I've finally got Roundcube up and running and I'm loving it. It's the best thing since Firefox. Configuring for MySQL and IIS was a huge pain, however. But I suppose it does "require" Apache.

Anyway, maybe I'm stupid (or, rather, most certainly I am), but how do I open or save my attachments? I can easily send them; I just can't open them? Am I going insane?
