when i try to send an html email i can see all photos/images from the email but the receiver email cannot see images. why ? why help please

Its likely because you have linked to an image on your pc, which the recipient would not have access to.

You would be best linking to a publicly accessible image on the web.

Or alternatively you could send the image as an attachment.

no , if i send the same message from another email ( yahoo gmail hotmail ... etc ) its ok

Well I could be wrong, but as far as I know you can't upload images with the tinymce editor (without a specific plugin), which is why the image would need to be publicly accessible on the web for it to be viewable by the recipient.

As for gmail, hotmail etc, I have not used them extensively but I would assume that they handle images differently to RC.
