Hi,

The organization I work for uses roundcube's email services....for the last week we have been having issues sending out emails externally (one of my staff members has gotten back thousands of returned mail messages for addresses she never emailed) and today this message came back from a message I sent out : <<< 550 5.7.0 Your server IP address is in the SpamCop database, bye

I've been told that our account at roundcube has probably been hacked to send out mass spam emails.  How do I fix this?

RoundCube is not a service its a webmail client. Contact your email provider and ask them to look into it.
