Probelm with email server

Hi everyone,this is my first post on this forum.
I like roundcube very much.I need to setup a web mail service on my LAN.Once I did a setup of roundcube client with hmailserver.Where users can do signup and do mail.But my registry cleaning programme wipe out automatically every registration on my email server.So I head up to another email server but cannot find like hmailserver one.Could someone help me?

Other information:My machine is windows xp and I use xampp.
