How do i set the automatic address-book plugin to be turned on by default?

Hi,

I'm the maintener of the plugin. I re-open this old thread just to notify that normaly, the plugin is enabled by default for users. It's tunable via use_auto_abook option. See Roundcube plugin(s) - Overview - Redmine for documentation.
