Reading contacts from my own tables

Good day All,

I have my own db setup with all it's tables.
In one table I store name, email etc fields.
What is the easiest to closely integrate this to my address book in RoundCube without having to export and import.

First prize: If it is little effort to have RoundCube set up to look at my own table and the given fields for a certain address book.
Or if i can import the lines directly from my table to the RoudCube db? Which tables are involved here on RoundCube?


Alternatively how will I be able to export my MySQL data to vCard format?
