Installer page 2 is blank

My own install on shared hosting at Bluehost

/rc/installer: page 1 reports all is well. Click on Next and Page 2 is blank.

Seems as if this must be fairly common but I can't find a solution for it here or elsewhere.

I haven't heard of this problem before, try re-uploading RoundCube to the server.
