Install problems . .

After several hours in front of my computer and rouncube I have reached the login form.
When I type my email accountname and password I got the error message: HTTP 405 - Resource not allowed
Internet Information Services.

Environment:
Windows 2000 Adv. server SP4
PHP 5.2 with mySQL extension
MySQL server 5.0.16
db.inc.php fixed with correct connection string

What have I missed?

I'm using 2003, but that sounds like a permissions issue, does what ever user account have access to the directory where RC is located.
