Mail move from new to cur folder issue

Hello, I'm new here.

The question is simple:
when the roundcube webmail is opened and I receive a new email, the system automatically moves after 30/40 seconds from postfix 'new' folder to 'cur' folder.
I think it should happen only after I read the email.
Is there a settings for this?

Roundcube is an IMAP client, it interacts with your IMAP server it does not move anything between any folders on your server. What you are describing is, I think, the standard behavour for any IMAP server with a Maildir setup - messages placed the new folder when they first arrive but as soon as they are picked up by a client the are moved to the cur folder.
