all folders missing

Hi

I know nothing about roundcube other than the basics of using it send email so forgive me if i sound daft 

I logged in this morning tonfind all of my identities and their related folders gone  the only change inhave made was to alter my password yesterday.


In addition i have just noticed that the only emails remaining seem to be from 6 months ago and earlier, some sort of update?
Has anyone experienced disappearing folders before please?

It menions favicon.ico missing and then referrrer ending with .php?

The RoundCube error log should be located at: <RC root>/logs/error

Lost me, im looking t via cpanel, error logs?

In that case I'm going to take a guess that your using RoundCube in cPanel so you'll need to contact your hosting provider and ask them for support.
