Please Help! - Installed with SimpleScripts but dont know what to do from here.

I recently installed RoundCube by using SimpleScripts which my host provides. It installed great but it takes me to a login page where I cannot login. I try using my email accounts and passwords, and my host account and password but it says: "Connection to IMAP server failed." It didn't come with instructions and the email I received didn't have any information as to what to do next. Can somebody please help me so that I can get this going. Ive been trying to figure it out for a couple hours now but don't seem to know what the problem is. Do I need to edit a file or something in my FTP?

you must have Fatcow as your host. I am having the exact same problem. Did you ever figure this out? If so, whats the secret?
